At CHARA, we want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.

• - Free islandwide delivery with no minimum spending (2-4 working business days)
• - Express 24 Hours delivery available at a flat fee of $4.99
•  

( Business day means Monday to Saturday– 9 am – 9 pm, except public holidays. )

 

Assembly Services

Flat Fee

$25.00

All Retrospec bicycles will be fully assembled and tuned before delivery (No additional assembly fee is required)

 

International Shipping

If you are an international customer and you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at connect@chara.com.sg

Be sure to include:

• a list of the products you’d like to purchase,
• your shipping address,
• phone number,
• email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payment for orders shipped abroad).
